1. Prize Eligibility & Verification

To receive any prize (top 10 finish or randomly selected) or giveaway, your payout wallet must match the wallet used for registration.

You must hold at least 2,000 $CLASH at both of the following checkpoints:

  • Pre-Event Checkpoint: before the tournament starts (at the published cutoff time).

  • Post-Event Verification: usually within 48 hours after the event when mods verify wallets.

Wallets that fail either checkpoint are ineligible for prizes. All wallets are verified on Solscan before distribution.

Bonus structure:

If you hold ≥ 20,000 $CLASH at both checkpoints above, your Top-10 placement prize is doubled (placement prize only; does not apply to side bounties/giveaways). If your balance is below 20,000 $CLASH at either checkpoint, the bonus does not apply.

2. Top 10 Finishers' Social Media Requirements

Make a public X post within 24 hours after the tournament ends:

  • a positive note about your experience

  • a screenshot from the event or your placement

  • tag @ GeorgePlayClash and include $CLASH

If you don’t use X: you may instead post a vertical video recap on IG Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts that includes a call-to-action to join our Discord.

If you have registered as a Semi Pro (2000+ ranking)/Ex-pro/Pro:

  • Have at least one public pre-tournament post on X or a short vertical video on IG/TikTok/YouTube promoting your participation and link to the tournament

  • On X: tag @ GeorgePlayClash and $CLASH

  • On other platforms: include a CTA to join our Discord with the invite link

  • The social media account chosen must be active and not a bot

Please fill out this form after social media requirements are complete: https://forms.gle/c5DDQAoLRsDXKXMv5

3. Auto Contribution for Returning Top 10 Winners

Any player/wallet that has previously won a Top-10 prize owes a 750 $CLASH contribution for each new Top-10 prize. We handle it automatically: at payout, we withhold the SOL equivalent of 750 $CLASH, convert it to $CLASH, and send it to the Treasury (no action needed).

Example: if 750 $CLASH ≈ 0.2 SOL and a returning winner takes 6th place for 0.5 SOL prize, we withhold 0.2 SOL and they receive 0.3 SOL net. If multiple prior wins are owed in the same payout, we sum the contributions; if the prize is smaller than the total due, the net is 0 this week and the remainder carries forward.

Why we’re doing this: it sustains weekly operations; growth without charging newcomers; aligns incentives by having repeat winners give back to the ecosystem; curbs “minimum-hold farming” while keeping rewards skill-based.

Note: First-time Top-10 winners will not have an auto contribution. The contribution only applies when a player has won previously and places Top 10 again.

4. Top-3 Repeat Cap (Competitive Balance Rule)

If a player finished in the Top 3 of a previous tournament, that player is ineligible for Top-3 placement payouts for the next two (2) tournaments following that finish.

  • During the two-tournament cooldown, if the player finishes Top-3, their placement payout downshifts to the 4th-place amount for that week.

  • Scope: This cap applies to the placement prize only. The player remains eligible for all other bonuses and giveaways (e.g., random player prizes) under normal rules.

  • Identity: Determined by the registered wallet + player tag. Alternate accounts/wallets to bypass this rule will result in disqualification.

  • Duration: Applies for two tournaments following a Top-3 finish.

Example: If you placed 2nd last week, and you place 1st or 2nd this week or next week, your placement payout = 4th-place amount for that week.

5. Pro / Semi-Pro / Ex-Pro Account Compliance

Main account only. Make sure you check the box that asks if you are a Pro / Semi-Pro / Ex-Pro on the tournament page when joining.  Semi pros are categorized as people who have reached the top 2000 ranking in Clash Royale in any year they have played within the last 9 years.

Pros, semi-pros, and ex-pros must compete on their primary Clash Royale account. Alt accounts are not permitted for entry or play. Using an alt to bypass any game/league/server ban is strictly prohibited.

If you have ever used an account that is now banned, you must declare the previous gamer tag/Player ID on the RSVP form (or to a moderator upon request). Failure to disclose → DQ + prize forfeiture; repeat or egregious cases → season or permanent ban.

One Clash account and one payout wallet per event. Refusal to verify ownership (player tag + payout wallet + prior handle, if applicable) may result in DQ.

6. Disqualification & Prize Ineligibility

Players who win-trade, use alt accounts to re-enter, collude, harass/abuse others in Discord or socials, or violate any rule that creates an unfair advantage will be disqualified and ineligible for prizes. Play fair, support the community, and you’ll always be welcome.

7. Whistleblowing & Integrity Bounty

We take competitive integrity seriously. If you have evidence that a player is win-trading, using an alt to bypass a ban, colluding/coaching during matches, or otherwise harming the tournament, you may report it for a reward.

How to report (confidential): DM a Moderator.

Provide clear evidence: match IDs/screens, POV/VOD clips, timestamps, chat/DM screenshots, wallet/account links, and a short summary of what happened.

Integrity Bounty (reward): Verified reports that directly lead to a DQ or sanction are eligible for a bounty.

Good-faith & privacy: We keep reporters confidential whenever possible. Reports must be made in good faith. Knowingly false or malicious reports can result in bans.

Outcome & appeals: Mods will investigate and issue a ruling; organizer decisions are final. Accused players may appeal with Moderators with counter-evidence.

8. Winner Payout

SOL prizes are typically distributed on Sunday, allowing time for verification of token holdings and completion of required engagement tasks. Distribution may take longer in some cases to ensure fairness and accuracy. Please make sure all requirements are accomplished.

9. Rule Changes & Organizer Discretion

The organizers reserve the right to modify, add, or remove rules at any time—without prior notice—to ensure fair play, competitive balance, and the long-term health of the project. All interpretations of these rules, eligibility decisions, and enforcement actions are at the sole discretion of the organizers and are final. By participating, you agree to comply with the most current version of the rules as posted in Discord and on official channels. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
